Are they suppose to wait until F2A is current even though you submitted AOS already?🤔

For AOS I’m not sure. I only did i130 bc spouse live overseas but all these changes I can’t keep up. Call to inquire about the aos because they comment on their website is confusing

I’m tired too. my pd March 18,2022. but I can’t inquire until February 2024. that’s way past 17 months

@DoIt ForMe Quick question? Does uscis have to approve cases for lpr"s petition for spouses aboard only when their PD only becomes current or they will process it as thier nornal processing times?

@Engr. Hk that’s not true but if you get approved by nvc before 2 years marriage then you receive a conditional green card which you got to re-apply 2 years from that to remove conditions to get your 10 years
