I was in similar situation finally received biometrics a couple of weeks ago. just keep following up with Emma or raise a service request

filed date is Dec2023, I received biometric received Ead but not AP

if you received EAD already they used your prior biometrics records ...same will be used for AP and AOS as well. you likely won't need another biometrics appointment

Case taking too long. You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days, it's not expensive, and not a complicated process. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance "Writ of Mandamus Pro Se"
