I’m a Dec 2020 filler, just received my bio appointment. we’re in the same boat

Am a Feb 2020 filler l only got my EAD Feb 2021. Had my interview Oct 5th and my status is yet to change to interview done. Spoke with life agent yesterday to complain and the only thing she said was WAIT!!! As if have not been waiting all this while. l just put all in God's hands for my good news.

this is honestly the most amazingly inefficient and frustrating process. They just update things without consequence. Sometimes they change the processing at the start of the month, other times randomly mid month. Also Dec 20 filer, crazy to think it said 4-6 months when we first applied

also sent a request to the ombudsman for out of processing time, so guess that will just get closed

They just expect people to be without their spouse for years on end I guess 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️

@dee did you file under niw or employment based?

l’m a Dec, 2020 too. That’s so frustrating!
