TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH ADVANCE PAROLE TRAVELLING BACK TO JFK
HEY I traveled back after leaving first time to my home country and out of USA I had terrible experience at jfk with advance parole so be careful and be ready for stupid questioned to be answered out of topic if u ever feel like traveling and they didn't even stamp my passport but I was paroled cause I didn't check passport in secondary when I got home I checked it wasn't stamped but when I check online there I found my record for I-94 class of admission says - DA for year is it anyone have same experience where they didn't get stamped the passport and they traveled again after that or was questioned on 2 time travel for no stamp on passport any answer will be helpful if they didn't get stamped but was parole to USA

they donβt stamp passport anymore. eveything is on the I-94 now. good luck

@g s I am also super afraid to travel. i have two pending greencard. one marriage based and another Eb3 unskilled category. and i am worried they will ask questions regarding this.
what kind of questions they asked if you donβt mind sharing?

@g s I am sorry to hear of your experience. I had an emergency parole, one time use, I went into secondary at a land border. My passport was stamped and it was good for 1 year. If it shows you that you have a crossing when you look it up, I think you are okay. β
