and the judge terminated my removal processing. bia had 30 days to appeal. they didn’t. so it’s final decision

my attorney said to me that my 485 that pending- it’s eior with the court. and he now filled new 485 with Vermont. he said that only they can approve vawa base green card.

I was at ice office to take care of the bond back … she said she now will apdate on the computer that the case terminated. still waiting for recipte from Vermont… or some change in the pending adjustment… 😢🧐

@ Ben , after the dismissal you have option to apply for green card go with court or with uscis , that’s what my lawyer told me . normally court takes longer time than uscis .

I called uscis- the officer said that I have pending application and they will let me know if something else needs. I asked her about the new application that I’m going to send to Vermont- she say you don’t need you can go with your attorney or with my advice! I paid now more 1255$, I’m single mom! unfortunately , no even answer about my package to Vermont…. that I sent in November 5 so after I paid 15k$ to my lawyer- what should you do? leave your lawyer ? because that’s was the edvice from uscis? I decided to go with my lawyer that have more experience than me . I hope 🤞 we did good … time will tell . I’m happy I can share my case because I’m sure there is more ppl that go through this.

I had EAD and ssn 2 months after I applied with Texas service center the eior.. ( June 2019) now I have 765 approved from the eior and one c31 EAD from my vawa.. but no travel, no interview

I paid 8 k for Vawa after approval paid 2500 for dismissal and more 2500 when it’s dismissed for green card . but before this lawyer I paid 13 k to different lawyer for misguided me

I didn’t file reopen because I never was deported. i was in removal processing. so the case was always open . there is nothing to reopen . I asked to terminate and they approved after one day I think

i am in the same situation. my attorney sent a letter to USCIS to process my i-485 since the judge terminated my proceedings. no update up to now. the letter was sent on August 04.

no really. if would have been great they sent me a letter saying they are reopening and processing my i-485 but nothing. 6 months and nothing

I already did my interview and she approved my I-130 and closed the i-485. i will mostly likely me asked for my medical and get approved if I am lucky. but the wait is crazy

guys I have they same 1 290b case file motion to reopen since August 2021 they mail me letter say they receive my appeal &incase they need biometric they will mail also I send Renew of my ead June 2021 and 23 days ago I get update they close my form because beneficiary receive status true other means I don’t know what it mean I stress out so it’s being 8 months & yesterday I receive letter that’s they receive my appeal and transfer my case to they chief officer at federal plaza ny & incase I need to make inquiry I should mail them
