@eb3 unskilled hi, i think you don't need ead to renew your dl. my friend renewed her dl with i-485 receipt. however, i don't know if it depends on the states' laws. hope this info can help

@im jad yes, it varies by states. i’m in georgia and that sucks. I could only renew once with i485 receipt. GA only provides one-time 120 days extension, after that no more renewal until I get physical ead card.
