does anyone know if the tax filing for removal of contiton has to be three years and 125 percent above poverty line like when one is applying for conditional green card? or it could be any amount and one year is enough? just asking out of curiosity. would appreciate your answers. thank you

@oliver WP you don’t need to be above the poverty and you don’t need to provide a financial support document.. your joint tax return and any other evidence will be considered as evidence that you entered your marriage in a good faith ( just to prove that your marriage is real )
