I got my I130 approved for my mom and dad in Jamaica after waiting from April 28,2022. It took a whole year to get approved.

I became a citizen in 2021, my kids were dropped from the petition leaving my wife only ..she went to the interview was successful then they asked for the kid’s passports(3 little girls) . i was like what!! i flew down immediately seek an answer they told me they have to seize the passports .. I gave them up .. next day they called and say come pick the passports up so i did .. we left jamaica immediately i took my kids i have no family there to keep them absolutely none.. 2 days later i got an email all 3 kid’s visas are revoked.. they are here I wrote to my congressman for help… they say they are investigating the matter while i just don’t know how to proceed the case recently got documentarily qualified at nvc .. my kids passport expires in September I wrote to my congressman again to help with an expedite request no answer 2 weeks now.. my wife and i are so distressed.. and they say this is a country that doesn’t separate families..

@Andrew Davis can you get a lawyer? I don't know much about these things but I will suggest you get a lawyer there lawyers here on lawfully
