yes... it was very important to my case you need atleast . however i had 6 i was divorced by the time. affidavit is from others who know you and your spouse and can vouch thats the marriage is real and in good faith. its good to have each one say how they met you or your spouse and how mention an event or conversation they had with you and or you spouse

@Niki Chow thank you so much, I actually printed out text messages from my husband’s parents, and his siblings. I have pictures from all the events with them and with mine, health insurance, utility bills, joint bank statements, tax returns, lease, vacation itineraries, hotels, IDs showing shared address, SAMS club cards, junk mails showing same address, job offers and paystubs showing same address, fertility treatments and surgeries forms from the hospital, I just wanted to be sure that with all these evidences I still need affidavit from friends and family. I’ll work on this. I don’t want to pay lawyers $2,500 for this but it’s overwhelming for me especially putting the pictures in collage on google slides.

@viv Bik thats awesome thank God for that But since i was divorced at the time it was vital to me. therr was a deep back around check i came to realise during that time. There was observation of daily activities travel activities.. community involvement. how i entered the country how many times i did before i got married ... relationship with my famliy and so on .my interview was like a shake down to catch a lie. thank God for my lawyer who was able to intercept and redirect some questions

I heard they don’t give 10 years green card anymore, but notice of action and month extension, are they going to inform us when to file for neutralization with this month extension notice?

@viv Bik you’re right. my husband was mad when I wanted to include the fertility treatments papers, he says that should be private and nobody is allowed to see that except our doctor and us. My husband didn’t understand the struggles 😂😂. Dude was talking about HIPAA but to me that is a good evidence.
