it’s not “switch”. u file from the scratch

Kevin , an immigration program just informed that once the I-130 is approved you can file the AOS after 90 days. Just have a suitable answer to offer to the USCIS

domino, where did you get this response?

you do regular aos, you’ll use your I-130 so you don’t need to wait for that. you should wait 90 days to apply aos. this is how it’s going for my case. I have interview next month. hope it goes well.

if you join many forum like me, u will know. it’s 2 different thing. it’s not the same and you can’t “switch”. you have to submit I-485. consular processing you don’t need to do that.

Domino, yes, with an approved I-130 you can file I-485

I still haven’t received mine. I’m one of the lucky(!) june july filers. they skipped a lot of cases from those months.
