Hi,
I have worked with Mc Donalds for a year after my EAD was approved then transfered to a different state and still working on a similar category unskilled job. But BDV suggested I file supplement J after I get RFE. Is that true or should I have filed one as soon as I moved?

To be honest, I’m not sure, but my attorney suggested the same thing, so I haven’t applied for the 485J yet. My attorney advised me to submit it after I receive the RFE

once you transferred to a different state what did you do with your address at USCIS? did you change it back to the new state that u moved or is it still at ur old state?

my lower said I can leave the letter in interview if I have one. I just changed my job almost 3 years ago. and I work in the other job for 2 years.
