Supplement J
Guys, today USCIS sent me another RFE, the first one was for medical exams. I know they can send an RFE request for anything (I haven't received the RFE yet), but I'm pretty sure they'll ask for an RFE for Supplement J. My question is, I left my job after I received the RFE for the medical exams in January. Do you think this could affect me? Or is it okay if I left work? I was thinking about asking to go back to work as soon as possible, since I haven't been removed from the system yet.

I just left in January after 1 year and 2 months. but i talk to my manager and he said my name still in the system. @EB3 Other Workers

they can fill your J even if you are not currently working..

@Diego mendes they dont care if you in their system or not unless they withdrawn you! but thats not most scary part! first thing first they requesting paystubs for last 1-2 months! 2ndly they want you currently employed for full time! thats it! they dont care about your contract or anything esle! contract is between you and your sponsor. USCIS dont give a damn about your contract.

I have already received the RFE, they asked for my employer's Supplement J, my lawyers said they have already contacted my employer to sign it and they will send the document to immigration. They did not ask me for anything else. I believe that after that, they will approve my green card. Even so, I will return to work just to be on the safe side.
