if it’s a medical and the doctor made an error you should return to said doctor and have them correct it. The document should also be in your documents notice tabs on your account.

@NAN SN USPS has lost the original Medical form. I got the ecopy of rfe from uscis and that’s how I got to know they mailed my original medical form with rfe for correction but the original is now lost. I’m confused what to do

Go to your doctor and they will reproduce new medical forms. My doctor took additional $100 from me at the time to produce new form. once you receive the new form send it to USCIS together with the copy RFE. If your case receipt starts with IOE then @Kimberly L🇹🇹 is correct you can upload the new forms directly online to your account portal (Not the best option and may not be accepted by USCIS because USCIS want them in sealed envelop with surgeon sealed), and you can also download a copy of the RFE from online portal as well. However, if is not starting with IOE, you can request duplicate RFE copy from USCIS by calling USCIS Customer service and creating a service request. The service request will be handle by a tier2 officer who re-mail the RFE to you. Once you receive the duplicate RFE, follow the instructions on the RFE to mail the new forms. Even if your case start with IOE, you are unable to upload medical forms directly because USCIS would want them to be original (In a sealed envelope with surgeon sealed on it). Mailing the forms using the instructions on the RFE would be the safest option. IF YOU ARE STILL UNSURE, CALL USCIS TELEPHONE LINE AND CREATE A TIER2 CALL REQUEST. THE TIER2 OFFICER WOULD GIVE ACCURATE GUIDELINES ON THE ACTIONS TO TAKE.

I only sent the new forms. However, i sent it within the 60 days RFE response timeline

@NAN SN thanks but from my understanding the issue was the missing RFE wish as I said can be retrieved from the documents tab on the account or request it from the service center agent. The medical is an easy fix and if it’s an error by the medical office they should not change to correct it.
