@Young Nguyen What is ur PD? I called USICS yesterday for my friend’s case with PD is 1/2021, then they answered me that they won’t work on his case till April 2025 since they have many 2020 cases. I hope it is not true however there are really many 2020 cases have not approved yet.

@Young Nguyen I don’t know why the answer like that; however, if it is true, it will be advanced by quarters (every 3months) again.

There’s a reason they advanced Filing Chart to May 2021. I think that will be as far as they reach this FY, considering the number of visa will go back to before covid. So if your PD is after May 2021, you can plan your work ahead now.

@ben jamin I think the moving on filling chart is not related to approval of green card because there are many people in pending status, uscis does not need to wait for that filling chart.

@Akuku !!! Visa Bulletin advancing by 6 months at once is very difficult; I think at most it will move forward by 2 months this January. If Visa Bulletin reaches June, we would have to wait until the end of the year. @tommy Teo we can not compare with last year, every year is different, It’s similar to how people thought VB would move forward at the beginning of the new fiscal year, but that didn’t happen, whereas last year VB moved forward by 3 months at the beginning of the year.

@Young Nguyen they spend alot of visas for many peoples from 2019, 2020 in last year, They have almost cleared all the backlog, there is no reason they can't increase this year.

@Akuku !!! there are still many cases from 2019 2020 not approved yet, some of my coworkers are still waiting for it. That’s why VB has not advanced yet.
