I want to do that too, my case went CRP last May of 2023 after submission of my medical for RFE, I am afraid of retrogression and now that my case become current this April I want to run a service request, I don’t to look like I am pressuring them to adjudicate my case but I am really scared of retro, also my case will be one year on crp status.

I tried it, but they told me that my case is on time and has nothing to do, despite the new cases been approved first.

Does not work but worth trying.

that is a so unfair situation, because we spent tons of money, did all right and we are current but they just forget us.

I submitted one a month ago. heard nothing of it since — maybe I should be happy they didn’t just say everything is on time?
