Submitting Unsolicited evidence after 597 days?
At the time of submission, we only submitted a lease and DL showing shared residence (along with other basic required docs) as evidence. I tried submitting a case inquiry request, but sadly, my case is still considered “within normal processing time” even after no updates since the initial receipt of biometric notice. We have pictures, bank statements, affidavits, life insurance, 401k beneficiary information, and we’ll file taxes together this year. I could wait for an RFE or interview, but I’m getting a little paranoid. I see mixed views on waiting or submittied unsolicited evidence. Thanks!

@ If you submitted little evidence with your initial filing then you need to upload all those evidence you mention like right now. Don’t wait for RFE because it might not come. Always front load your cases with evidence.

I would recommend uploading those evidence both on the I-465 and the I-130 as well
