Submit while Vawa Pending
Hello,
I submitted form I-360 when I should have submitted everything together and it was transfer from Nebraska to Vermont. I do not have a lawyer because they were charging way too much money. I got my first Prima Facie a few weeks ago after an RFE. My question is Should I send I-485, I-131 and I-765 all together to Nebraska or Vermont now with a copy of PF?
please someone that can help me out with that?

send it to Nebraska. you will get receipt notice in less than two weeks, Vermont will take forever.

You can submit any time. it’s better you submit it now, to being your priority date forward. Send to your new location, Nebraska.
