Sign up for informed delivery, send an update request, and they will call you. It might be only my experience, but this happened to me. They escalated the situation, two of their supervisors called me, and one of them hand delivered my package a few hours later. Even, their boss called me the day after to see if my issue has been resolved. At the end of the day, they are humans and can make mistakes, too. Hopefully, you will have your card soon.

oMG USPS is possibly worse than USCIS. also usps carriers are thieves. I’ve had TWO checks stolen out of my mailbox and birthday cards no longer make it either. they’re an absolutely awful organization. I really hope you get it soon 🤞🏼

@Joyce joyce I asked Emma and the live agent provided it when I told them my case appears to be closed on the portal without a tracking number.

update: I went to a usps office and they said, luckily it’s not lost and I just have to wait it out!

update 2: I called the 1800 number and managed to get hold of a personal that put in an inquiry since it’s a priority mail and she was very sweet learning it was was a work permit.

update 3: I received the EAD on July 17
