Hello Vawa family,
A question! plz let me know if anyone could help me.
My Son applied for F-1 Visa which is approved. but now the question is if he can continue living in US. He came to US on B-2 visa and his arrival I-94 expires on 11/13/2026. his classes will start from 01/19/2027. No visa stamping appointments are available from my country. plz help to resolve this confusing situation.

@Wait Game as long as his F-1 was approved in the US, he is legal to stay because of the I-20 from his school. but anytime he goes back to your country of birth , he has to go get the student visa stamped on his passport
