sorry to hear that.Am in the same situation.I have been waiting for 1200days still no approval for i130 and I485.I called they keep telling lies.Dont count on them,just wait or file a mandemous. wish you the best.

@Alira Galimullina try to add at additional evidence more documents also. I keep thining maybe it will ring a bell for somebody from their office. a lot of people say they filled mandamus without a lawyer and they won..maybe to look into that?

@Rick flair I did, lawyer told me to email her December 1st, which I did and she didn’t file my renewal till end of January. only thing happened is that they used my old fingerprints on February 19, since then just waiting. I know about automatic extension, but I worked pretty far and my DL couldn’t be renewed, because last time they used my EAD at DMV, which was expiring on April 26. so one day I lost both my job and DL

@Alira Galimullina you can definitely do that alone. i added new pictures, text messages, instagram screenshots, show tickets, love letters, insurance together, bills etc:)) I added whatever I had my case was approved 5 days ago, 19 months later , after it was denied in February.

@Alira Galimullina also I contacted agent Emma several times. you can on myuscis and click on agent emma, live agent, and they will connect you with an agent. sometimes they will say they are not available, try again until someone it’s available. you can ask them where is the case, when was last reviewed etc

@Alira Galimullina I changed my lawyer after the denial because the first one was telling me just to wait..and I waited..until I got a denial. after that I hired another lawyer and started personally to call and contact them more. don’t be scared, we are paying uscis for these services. it’s your right as the spouse of a US citizen!! as long as your marriage is real don’t be scared. call them/contact them daily if you can

@Alira Galimullina that’s insane. try with an agent emma also, sometimes you get an agent who want to give more info and you have a proof also. I also screenshot the conversation:).

if you want a second opinion, my second lawyer was amazing, Marcel Miclea is his name. He is from Michigan but I spoke with him via video. Very responsive and very helpful. The consultation was 100-150$.
