Indeed a long wait! Mind me asking why did you wait that long to submit your I-485? We’re you waiting on your spouse to become a Citizen?Your I-485 since Feb 2023, which is couple of months, and hopefully it will move forward soon. I usually see 9-12 months of waiting ( for the whole process after submitting I-485). Good luck!!

Sorry but 485 is only 67 days, it could have been filed the same time as you 130.

@Adam T hey Adam when I file i130 for my wife she was in Yemen and then. they denied the i130 on August 2022. and then I filled i290B. after that I send in email on October 2022 to the us embassy in Djibouti and explain them that I need to bring my wife. with my us citizen child to USA because my child need medical treatment the second day they gave my wife appointment for visit visa. 2 days later we meet in the us embassy in Djibouti they gave her visit visa.velid for 6month then I take her with my son to USA after that I was planning to re file i130 and i485. on January 2023 I saw that they reopened the i130 and approved it so I just filled i485 and i131 and i765 the reason for denial was. they said applicants signature was electronically they didn’t expect that. stupid reason

@Jolene Xu will they will approve it. this week or provid her with travel documents other way. I will take them to court. because my other us citizen childs still in Yemen she need to travel to bring to the USA I can not go to bring 2 year and 4 year’s children by myself with out the mom.
