it is anywhere from 2 weeks to a year. literally no way to know. best to try to expedite through a congressperson by having a job offer

@Vy Cao yes I was one of those people. I’m pretty sure it’s because I’m from Canada which has a background check linked with the US and also I’ve had 4 work visas here before so I’m in the system. I can’t think of any other reason. it took then 11.5 months to approve my AP and now I’m at 12.5 months waiting for my green card.
