@Deby Bee mine is April 28 2021. 1 ref since June 7 but yet to receive the letter so I don't even know what it is for yet

@Josh blac My dumb lawyer applied for C31 but I found out a year later and filed C09 2022 and got the card a year later.

@Deby Bee I did last week and they said they were sending ma another, I'm waiting, they were surprised I didn't get it cos it wasn't returned to them but I got every other letter they sent cept that.

@Az Ike wow that’s bad and you sometimes get a timeframe in the RFE letter. whatever they ask for has to be sent within the timeframe included in the letter.
Are you using a lawyer cos sometimes they get sent to your lawyer.

@Deby Bee yes but all documents are sent to me, only my address is there n like I said iv got evey other letter sent, all my prima facie every 6months, my receipt notices only that letter. yes the letter was sent June 7th n they said if not received by 22 do e request or whatever they call it, did n they replied they will get back to me n 4 or 5days after I called uscis did an info pass n days after an agent called n said it will be resent. it's just been soo hectic, not knowing, waiting, only the grace of God has kept ne from going out of my mind.

@Az Ike wow I feel bad for you cos that delays your case. Hopefully what they asking is what you can produce when it finally comes. I pray you get it soon.
