still waiting for an interview
I filed my asylum since 2016 and still no interview. Anyone here filed their in 2016?

I did in 2016. 2024 September i filed mandamus . thay scheduled interview October 2024. you should definitely go with mandamus .

You may file a lawsuit against USCIS, after which they will provide you with a date for your interview. Filing a lawsuit will not negatively impact your case.
