@jenn epp The date you filed is not relevant compared to others. It depends on the field office. Look up the field office that your application is being adjudicated. NBC does not adjudicate. It does not indicate this on the app or your USCIS page. All offices have different time frames. You might be getting close to the time you can sue USCIS for a decision. There is no priority date with AOS for spouses of US citizens.
