My case got approved after 736 days but I sought the help of my Senator, the White House and the Ombudsman as that’s the only time they would touch my case so I would recommend reaching out to them. Good luck 🙏🏾

@Mrs. Blair how do I do that I have a son outside the country staying with family members he is being neglect and treated poorly, bullied and all please help me he is waiting 18 months now

@shenni law I’m sorry to hear about your son’s ordeal. I Googled my senator then filled out the form online. Same for the Ombudsman and for the White House it’s whitehouse.gov

@Mike Sergile same I file my husband case thru a lawyer who said we got approved with no approval letter that I asked for n they can’t provide so I emailed the embassy myself along with NVC
