You can sue USCIS for a delayed case, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Mandamus Pro Se"

I feel you. Same frustration. USCIS got our I-130 on April 26, 2023. We've waited 373 days. 😢 No interview or any more notices since May 25, 2023, when I got "Case is being actively reviewed." Nebraska service center.
