Yes. I am also still waiting for my i765, I have already made some service requests and they have never answered me. I spoke with them through Emma as well and they told me that my case is out of processing time and I have to wait for them to answer for my inquiry. I'm very frustrated 😔

@Lau L that is very frustrating actually. I got my combo card approved about 1 month ago. i would keep trying to call an agent and keep submitting inquiries. also, try sending a message to your congressman.
