Hi, I’m also waiting for CR-1 visa for my wife. Also at Islambad embassy. Although, her case seems to be progressing much faster than yours. My wife’s PD is October 2023. I-130 was approved in May 2024. Her DQ date was June 2024. Hopefully we get an interview soon, but your case is moving so slow. Second one to see if they’re willing to expedite your case since it’s taken you so long. I’m so so sorry it’s taking this long. This whole process sucks and is painful. Especially, for us because we have to deal with Islamabad Embassy’s nonsense. Inshallah you get your visa soon 🙏🙏🙏

Nahi koi parshaani nahi hai. Expedite case ko nahi bad affect kar skty hai. Sirf accept ya deny expedite request ko ho jaye ga. Baki case ko nahi affect hona. Mein bhi try kiya ta expedite bar deny kar diya ta request. Mere biwi ma case koi issue nahi hua, sirf expedite deny kiya ne. Ap ko 2 years ho ga, ap ka better chance hai expedite approve hona ka. Jab ap message karna hai NVCExpedite email ko, yeh sab information dena hai: Immigrant visa case number (on the subject line); Invoice ID number; Petitioner’s name and date of birth; Beneficiary’s (applicant’s) name and date of birth and whether it is a medical emergency; and Statement from a physician or medical facility that contains their contact information and an explanation of why a medical emergency exists.
