Still processing
I have applied I-765 form after I-485. And for I-765 biometric appointment was scheduled separately. I was able to attend to biometric appointment for I-485 but for I-765 not, because notice was missed. When I call to USCIS they said that I don’t need to schedule new one, and status becomes to “case is actively reviewed” until today. Do you think it may affect on the processing time?

same PD! I got my 765 right away on biometrics day though. my 485 is active review since bio day, and had an RFE a few weeks after yours.

@w s do you have any idea what PD processing right now, and how long it can take to wait?
I pray for fast approval, cuz my EAD expires Feb 6.

it looks like some 207s and 208s are being processed now but not mine yet :(. you should call and expedite since it’s been outstanding so long and it’s expiring. you did the right thing and applied 6 months in advance.
