I was diagnosed with a life threatening rare disease called AIMAH (less than 1k cases in the USA and 8k in the world) that required major surgery (may 2022). 18mths after surgery I’m still not in remission….. whilst health was a factor, I was also (regardless of restraining order) I was assaulted in Jan 2019 (initial reason for application), then strangled (Jan 2021) and stalked (July-October 2022) by my abuser whilst cases was in processing - added more to the application in expediting. My abuser is extremely dangerous. He is currently incarcerated however getting out in 12mths. Already threatening to kidnap our child when he gets out - out for blood… DV stats go up 700% for homicide after attempting murder. limited for help without a green card…. the fbi last year considered witness protection, because of an unrelated high profile federal case - he was found guilty for… 4yrs of hell (physically abusive)…. this coming dec I would’ve been living in the USA for 9yrs… 7 of those 9yrs were in full abuse…

@W O my attorney said they have received it, but no response… I expedited in feb and July 2023. No fault of my own they notified me 2wks after May expiry, when they started processing the 485 in the dc/va field office. No response after the RFE either- that was due mid august. I’m in full compliance without remedy.

@tired from waiting my attorney did a full packet… filed concurrently all four applications together.

I had a lawyer I did mine myself put. is just a simple step. you don't have to write is a tool in your uscis page

not on phone calls. if you call them they won't tell you anything about the case bcos is a special unit that handles it. this uvisa
