same thing here. I think they automatically generate and send that to everybody that’s been waiting for long time. they received my response to RFE last year. even I-130 is not accepted yet.

@Hope L this is the first time I have gotten a notice of action on my I-485. no RFE. nothing for the last 24 months until yesterday.

@Hope L congratulations, still nothing for me. my I-130 got an actively reviewed 6 months ago and nothing since. no update on my I-485. I'm not sure what action they took on my case because I checked after I got the email and there was nothing.

not for the 130 but I received one after the second actively reviewed for 485

yes it’s in the petitioner account of course. the status hasn’t changed yet it’s still under review.

@Hope L I got an actively review on Friday, got the email on Saturday morning for the I-485 but no approval notice or notification as yet.

@lleana SIF I will do, but I have a feeling the update was just to inform me that my case is bring actively reviewed. I've seen some other people comment that they received the same email same day I did but their case were approved a few hours later my has not been. I'm sure I'll be waiting another 6 months.

@tas smith my medial will expire next month which means I’m going to have to do it again because of their incompetence. how does it take 2 years to approve a straight forward marriage case?

@jet blue they just waiting you out to see if your marriage breaks heard it's one of their tricks my first case was in March 2021 still don't hear anything about that one I had to refile now they working on the new one 17 months and counting

@jet blue hang in there the good thing is when you get it you go to citizenship after awhile so you don't have to mess with them again your approval will come soon I speak in prayers
