Still nothing 😪
My husband got his work permit and travel permit approved last year right as we were moving, so that was great. But we've got nothing since then. We've tried inquiring as the 130 is past the time it's supposed to be, and the response is that it will be reviewed at same time as 485.
At least he can work now, but this just feels like it is taking forever when people filing this year and last are done with everything in 2 months??? Which I'm happy for them, but mad for us.

I feel you. We filed on September 2021, had our interview in May 2022, and since then no decision.

same here , our PD is August 21 . they told us the same thing about our i-130 and I-485 being reviewed at the same time. our case was transferred to another FO in another state. we're now being told out case is being scheduled for an interview but not date as yet since our FO has processing times of 40 months after telling us the interview was waived. I just hope we're not gonna be stuck another 20 months waiting on an interview.

We haven't even been able to get anybody to confirm if our file has been transferred to a local office or if interview will be waived, nothing. On the online account, it shows they sent a 693 courtesy notice that was never received in 2022, but that's it. Now that they've changed up the requirements, I am tempted to go ahead and have him do his 693 so we can upload it and send it in, but we need to know 100% where his file is prior to doing that, or it could delay the case even more.
