I feel the same. I am 330 days as of today and I check literally 5xs a day. trying to have patience and faith at the same time

I waited 13 months and received an RFE yesterday! be patient

@maria I called a few weeks ago and I was told to call today I don’t even feel like because I know it’s gonna be the same old story

bona fide evidence of marriage….they also make reference to the time period they want it for

did you not send in any evidence like your marriage certificate, pictures

i spoke with an agent today, he told me I have to wait 60 days. it’s been 60 days. they putting us under so much stress with the noid.

@corine. I didn’t send any pictures I wasn’t told to yet but now I have to send pics, money transfers receipts, proof of chats and all our divorce papers from our previous marriages!

My husband didn’t send none of that but I did tell him so we just added some picture on unsoclitited evidence and see what they say

oh I just added pics, and boarding passes from when I went to see him. so hopefully that will be enough. I have money receipts I can send but I haven’t uploaded those. I’m going to wait and see what they say. I didn’t upload any chats

when I 1st send in my application I sent in lease, bank account, money transfer like 5years worth, he’s also my niece god father I sent prof to show that, money transfer that he sent to my mother and pictures

this time I sent in a new joint account, medical insurance, new lease, credit card, IDs showing the same address, light bill with my name on it, pictures, sworn affidavits and I don’t remember what else but I had my lawyer over look everything 1st before sent them in

that’s good. my husband lives overseas still and I’m in the USA so we don’t have that kind of stuff to submit but we submit what we do have

I submitted only the necessary when I petitioned like the marriage and birth certificates, divorce papers and pictures of my wife and kids.

@Tete. Is your spouse in the Us with you adjusting for status or overseas? It says your case is at National Benefit Centre
