Still no movement on my case
My last update was that my interview was scheduled which I have done said interview two months after. I haven’t received any update from USCIS, I have written a letter to congress and their reply to me was they can’t do anything since I’m still under processing time. I also reached out to USCIS and got the same answer. I’m tired at this point, I’m going on 1000days with no update that my interview is completed, it’s really frustrating. Any one having this issue?

This is crazy and so unfair. Lord, please open a door for us. Please touch the persons who will choose our cases and work on our behalf. Because on our own we can’t do anything. We are hopeless in this situation but all our Hope is in you. Amen

If I were you, I wouldn’t even be sad, the days are counting against them, it’s obvious you’ll go straight at 10yrs. But then I get it, we are anxious and all.

Fight for your rights. You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, if you cannot afford an attorney, my friend did it for his delayed case, and got papers within 45 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get some help "writ of mandamus pro se"
