Still No Approval.. I’m sooo upset!
Will my case ever get a decision ? now I’m truly doubting.. everyone else got approved.. I don’t know. I have a feeling they decided to shelf my case for years… I got a second active review May 8, 2023.. I put an inquiry and they said my case delayed due to background check.. i don’t have any criminal history.. I’m in the US and my wife in Turkey.. it’s very hard.. I’m going to fly to see her next week and maybe spend the summer there.. I’m tied if the wait.. and getting upset that everyone that applied before me but approved.. felt like venting here.. thx for reading

@april 22 does background check take that long though lol ? I always wonder
Jennie .Jul 1, 2023
@gigi wright yeah, sure it can take that long. They will do thorough investigation of your person, your background. In all the countries U've been, in all the things U've done, they will practically tear U naked before U get an approval & that is why avoiding complications & keeping our cases simple is always the best.

If U have previous marriages, change of information on your visa applications at the embassy at any point, these are some of the things that can cause delay. The US Embassy in your country will definitely send investigators to your home town to ask questions about U. So it is not just computer work they do only.

@april 22 No. I was making reference to @Green Green's comment about being here for 10 yrs. I'm the beneficiary in my case.
