@Felipe Conejeros you must be a few months away from approval, i've been seeing a lot of Feb 2022 & March 2022 approvals of late

@West Sibbs yes. but if your spouse becomes a US citizen during that time it can be changed to an IR1, and expedited.

@K 🇺🇸 D 🇭🇳 I understand they can only be a USC after 5 years. I'm counting on the i130 being approved while it's still F2A because 5 years is just too far away
