@Fez H I really pray yours to get approved. They mention 6.6 months as average time but it's not for us.

I don't think they are working on CRP cases at NBC. what I am noticing is that those who are getting approved from CRP are those whose cases were transferred to field offices. I stand to be corrected though

@aa aa No. An officer needs to pull those cases again for final review and visa issuance. They say those automatic thing just for you to be happy. It is not automatic

@K K I doubt. They are approving more I-485 now than before if you check hilites.

NBC is very slow on CRP cases because they have already been reviewed. I think they don't get paid pulling out those cases again for finalization. So we just have to put pressure on them through congressmen, senator, service request and so on?

@Fez H Mostly EB1 are getting approved. So we are all in same boat.

ı filed I-485 my case is EB1-A. ı filed on 21 June for 485. right now, it is writing as taken fingerprint and biometrics.

@aa aa it works. but what I am noticing is that the CRP cases which are getting approved are those at field offices and not NBC. I could be right or wrong. Is your case at NBC?

@aa aa they don't have any order of processing cases. Your case was transferred to NBC during the beginning of the fiscal year so likely you will be approved sooner. For me, my case has always been at NBC

@Alice A. I have already existing finger print and they are using it.

normally ı gave the finger print on 27 Aug. but uscis system shows me same. we updated as taken fingerprint… no changes. @jermey D

@aa aa does “Case was updated to show Fingerprints were taken” mean Case is being reviewed or still waiting for an officer to get assigned to see the case file? My receipt block is MSC-249-095
