sticky tabs and separators aren’t okay anymore?
Hello! Couldn’t find enough current information about this on the group so decided to ask. back when I submitted my AOS in 2022 it was still okay to use sticky tabs and colored separators to divide your package. I have everything ready for my 751 but I found this link https://www.uscis.gov/newsroom/alerts/recommendations-for-paper-filings-to-avoid-scanning-delays (attached in comments for easy access) and now I’m confused, if they don’t want these things how are they supposed to know what is what + easy to find for them. Please let me know how are you guys doing it! otherwise should I just print everything organize and not put any type of separators just send it like that? #i751 #submission #i-751 #ROC #Removalofconditons

USCIS no longer recommends using sticky tabs, colored separators, or insertable dividers because they interfere with scanning. You should avoid putting sticky notes or clips on your papers. Instead, organize everything in a clear order with a cover letter and plain sheets that have bold headers like “Evidence A” or “Evidence B.” Print everything on plain white paper, single-sided, and avoid staples. This way your package stays organized without causing delays.
