Hey family,

To those that have had an experience or see someone that had a similar case.

If your spouse sponsor your child as their step child and you as the immigrant, father is on conditional GC, child's I130 has approved and sent to NVC. 
The marriage has been having issues with abuses and a divorce is being considered. 

Questions: If the divorce happen before the child comes to US, will the approved I-130 be canceled because the parents and step parent has divorced ? 
Or because the application is approved already the child can be brought in by the child parent as a conditional GC holder.
