Sending positive energy and hope to all those awaiting the approval of their cases like me. Filed in Nov 2024. Five years EAD approved in March 2025. still awaiting I-140 and I-485 approval. The wonderful thing is I'm hopeful that any time from now I'm getting my approval 🙌🏼 The God who brought me this far has perfected it all. AMEN

nope it’s not always. I got EAD approval in 3 months and I-140 took 10 months

Yes, @anky s is right @Andy G; to my knowledge EADs are usually approved before the other documents because they expect you to be working so as not to be a public charge. Plus I had my EAD expedited.

@vủ văn it is the 6149614414 - Yazdani law firm; but I put in for the expedite request myself since I have access to my account online, and also have lil legal knowledge as a law student.
PS: only did that to avert the cost associated with making my lawyer file it on my behalf; but overall, Atty. Yazdani is great with immigration law and interpersonal relationship with his clients.
