Stauts not up to date
does anyone has the same experience?
online account frozen on two years’s status.
I chatted with live agent, my case has been transfer to another field office and didn’t reflect on account.
I submitted change of address and the live agent confirms the address still with the old address.
my concern is if USCIS has sent any notice, how do I get notified?

that’s how my friend’s GC got lost. She updated her new address 6months ago and they still sent the GC to the old address. She didn’t receive any update on her account either until she called and asked for her case status. You should better check the mail from old address.
