I’m also having a problem too,But I think once your case is under review that means u will get a response soon

i actually expedite my case also 1765 which I apply with my 1485 since January till date no response

I missed my biometric appointment it took them 2months for a new one which I did on June and the only response I got was that fingerprint have been added to my case

I have to do expedite alone without a congressperson,They said an officer will reach out to me withing 10buiness day

please who have such experience and what are my expecting I just need my work authorization so I can be able to work

PD is 27 jan 2023. and I submit my case on 26th jan 2024.

@Shah Fahad I spoke with an agent today. looks like they haven’t assigned any officer to my case yet. so it’s gonna be a long wait for me.

I asked when my case was last reviewed. I didn’t get any answers before but this agent maybe took a pity on me. @Shah Fahad

I asked this question many times and they always told me that we don't have access to this information. I don't think they have otherwise every agent won't answer then same way.

wow. USCIS is a joke. I saw cases getting transferred and approved within two weeks and here we are.
