Status Check with Emma
I tried asking for my status update with Emma today , given I see other got update on non local FO assignment. when I asked for the update they said case Is moving as expected but earliest i can ask for status is Nov 2025 🥲. two questions
1. what does that mean ?
2. how did others get reps to answer updating the status?

@V G when did you file your i485 ? every field office has an expected processing timeline mentioned in uscis website , what it means is you cannot expedite your i485 unless it exceeds that timeline mentioned ( it must be a 2year wait for your processing center), however I think you might get your GC by this month according to what we are seeing with other cases processed in FO , all the best

sorry, I don’t think u are going to get by this end, most of the cases filled in March eb1 are having status changed to crp. my petition was filled in may first week, still in fo for a month. so don’t expect anything till October provided ur pd is current then
