I have an online account and there is no documents tab for me. Just the case history. Are all NOIDs communicated like this? I was expecting something more specific

just wait for the actual letter. it is NOID but the fact they did not deny you yet means there is chance to be approved.

My field is Computer Science applied to Petroleum Engineering. I own a M.S and M.B.A. I applied through TSC. Before PP the agente was XM1859, I’m not sure what agent now after the PP

you received the letter already? is that the endeavor thing with 160 pages?

I did not receive the NOID letter yet. The 160 page document I mentioned above was my response to the previous RFE where I clarified the proposed endeavor and the prongs they questioned.

i see. 160 was a wow. same here i have not received it yet. this waiting for the letter is killing me. prayers to both of us.

If you are waiting for the letter for over 7 days you can call USCIS and request an electronic copy via email, I'll do that if I don't have the letter in my mailbox before Friday

what does it mean? I’m supposing you are not Eb-2 NIW, right? They are now requiring you to confirm the job offer you have?

my lawyer forgot to file that. her mistake at my expense.

sorry to hear that… the least we expect is to deal with our own lawyer mistakes… USCIS by itself is already a lot to deal with. I keep waiting for my letter to arrive.

As my case is EB-2 NIW, they asked for more information about the national importance of the proposed endeavor, how I’m positioned to advance with it, and some financials. it’s well detailed and I’m currently working to respond it. I will post when it’s submitted. As long as chances are above zero, we will be fighting. :)

I got my approval today!!! Thank you guys for the support. It took some time because my lawyer had to use all the available time to prepare the response. After the response was submitted it took 5 days for the approval with premium processing.

big congratulations, @Marcelo and @Waiting guy guy. so happy for you both particularly after reading and seeing what you both have been through on this journey. I am submitting my RFE response this week after 120 days of getting it (RFE came in in August, 2022) and after filing PP few weeks before. 260+ pages response. I am hoping for the best too.

yes, when you switch to premium your status will change to “Request for premium processing services was requested”, followed by another status change to “Case was received and a receipt notice was sent” as other officers will review your case now

@Marcelo Fernandez my i485 has been approved December. i thought your i485 has been approved already too. in my experience it is usualky 6 months or less from approval of i140 where the result or rfe for i485 comes out.

Just got RFE for Medicals on my I-485… 137 days after I-140 being approved… OMG this is soooo sloooooooow…

just sent my medicals yesterday… fingers crossed!

I came to USA as an f2 dependent, recently my h1b got approved, I upgraded for premium, I got an rfe I submitted rfe on Jan 11th, today I received above message. What it means its an denial..?
