status changed to case approved
Hello 2022 EB1 community.
My case got approved today morning including my 2 derivatives.
PD: Nov7th-2022/EB1B/India/ with MSC receipt.
I-140 approved within 32 days (in a normal process).
RD: Dec29th,2022 (PD is current when I filed AOS).
Dates went retrogressed with in 15days after I-140 approval in Dec-2022.
case went CRP in 2023.
Medical RFE sent Aug-2025.
Medical RFE response received on Sep-2025.
Again status went CRP in Dec-2025.
PD became current in Jan-2026 visa bulletin
No update after PD becomes current
Raised a congressman request in Jan-2026 (Didn’t help).
In May-2026 Case moved from NBC to San Bernardino FO.
Case approved-June12th-2026.

I have exact same timeline but PD September 2022 and RFE only for two derivatives, medical RFE for the primary applicant has not come. San Bernardino FO, feeling so hopeless.
