Status change from CRP to RFE - PD 10/14/2020
They finally picked up my case; I haven’t gotten RFI yet but Im pretty sure it’s medical, because the first one got expired.
Planing to do the medical now to expedite the whole thing.

hello Everyone. my PD is November 2020 and my dependants and I have gotten RFE. we haven't gotten it in the mail as yet, but I can be sure that they are requesting for medical seen that ours expired in March. my I-485J was approved on Monday, so I believe these a good signs that our green cards will be approve. you all will get approved soon.

@ Nicky C how many days after you applied they approves your I-485 J ? Also do they send you approval letter or something like that ? I recently applied for I485 J so just curious

Aug 20, I applied for on March 2022. so that's like 2 years and 4 months.

no, I have not gotten approval letter as yet. it should be coming in the mail soon.

@ Nicky C after how many days you got I -485 J receipt once you sent them package?

Aug 20. I sent in everything in my package on March 2020, which included medicals, application for I-485J and green card applications for myself and dependants. so I got all the receipts same time about a month after. Then in May we all did our biometrics.

@a T Was your RFE for medical? did they ask anything else? I got the message yesterday on my app saying they’ve mailed me REQUEST FOR INITIAL AND ADDITIONAL EVIDENCE

@Rom Sin it was medical only. This is my second rfe, the first was in 2022 when they ask for everything in that rfe
