try contact your congressman, they will help you out with your inquiry at DHS

1.google search - find my representative 2. enter your home address 3. it will show your district number and name of the representative 4. call them and explain 5. they will send you some forms to fill up 6. write a letter about your situation and include all the necessary documents and send it to the same email. 7. wait 2 weeks and follow up with them. I hope it helps and get your SSN card. 🙏
