I only applied for the I-130

you have to apply for a work permit separately. You should file form i765. for some people it takes a month to process, for others years. I am the latter

should I file it with the I-458 or I can do it without it ? cause sources are confusing me and most of em saying it can only be filed by mail

what are you waiting for ? I-130 and I-485 should to be process together to save time and money if you apply for I-485 , I-765 , I-131 together you will pay $1,225 but if you to apply separately you will pay $1,225 for I-485 and $450 for I-765 and to different fees for the lawyer

you can not apply for I-765 without applying for I-485 because I-130 it only a proof of marriage doesn’t give you any immigration status in the country you have to apply for I-485 adjustment of status so you can apply for I-765
