I came to the USA on a k1 visa on July 3rd. I got married on September 18th. My 90 days finish on September 30th. can I still get my SSN or I need to wait until my EAD or Green card ?

you cannot have a SSN until you get the EAD or green card. This is my experience. Maybe depends of the state where you live.

bad news! I can’t apply because I have to apply 14 days before my 90 days are over :( I’m in Pennsylvania
